Comfortable room, spacious lounge, with a great selection of drinks on a self-service basis and a microwave for convenience that made it easy to prepare our own light meals.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that it was just a few steps to Greenhill Gardens and only about a 15-minute walk to the harbor, making my city strolls so enjoyable and convenient. plus, the breakfast was second to none and they were super accommodating to gluten-free options, which made my mornings even better.

The breakfast was excellent, a good selection to pick from and set you up for the day. The common lounge area, with an honesty bar well stocked with drinks, was a surprise I didn't expect, honest to God.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for, right?

Three nights in a small double room offered a cozy retreat, complete with a comfy mattress and a fridge stocked with milk. The property was wonderfully maintained and quiet, situated just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. While amenities were decent, a more spacious room would have been preferable, and absence of breakfast options was felt. self-service drinks in a communal lounge and nearby breakfast spots compensated well enough.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the beach and local attractions, making the most of our trip. The rooms were clean and modern with nice amenities. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Roger was super helpful, organizing parking and recommending eateries. Highly recommend!

Just a heads-up, remember to check the 'Do Not Disturb' signs on your door if you want your room cleaned. We left ours on by mistake.

We appreciated having a fridge in our room. roger is a really nice bloke, made us feel right at home. breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the parking was a massive plus! it was nice bein able to come and go as we pleased, felt free and easy.

The warm welcome from Roger really set the tone for my stay. The cleanliness and comfort of my Small Double Room made me feel right at home, complete with a fridge full of fresh milk for my coffee. Plus, the honesty bar in the cozy lounge allowed me to unwind with a drink after a day exploring–such a neat touch!

Had a lovely night in a cozy small double room with fun mood lighting! The self-service lounge was super relaxing and the microwave in our room made it easy to grab a quick snack. Just a heads up, the carpet outside was a little loose, but it didn't take away from the experience. 😊
